The usual steps for placing an order at Wellkang´s Online Shop are as follows:-

• Step (1)
  go to http://www.wellkang.com/shop/
• Step (2)
  click on ENTER SHOP button besides the product categories, for example, the "One-Stop CE Marking Shopping";
  
  If you have ever visited Wellkangs online shop before, please remember that after you press the ENTER SHOP button you need to RELOAD or REFRESH the webpage in order to get the up-to-dated data and prices. If you are using an Internet Explorer webbrowser, you can RELOAD the webpage by simply pressing the function key F5 on the keyboard.
  
  
• Step (3)
  From the list of documents and price, choose the documents desired by entering "1" in the "Quantity" column, and select the "Language" if other than English;
• Step (4)
  click on "ORDER" button at the lower part of the page, then your Order Selections will be placed at the lower part of the page;
• Step (5)
  click on "CHECK OUT" button to continue ...
  • (5.1) Enter your Shipping Address and;
  • (5.2) Select desired payment method among Credit Cards, Check or Bank Transfer, etc.;
• Step (6)
  Click on "SUBMIT" button to continue ... ;
• Step (7)
  Click on "ORDER NOW" button ...
  • (7.1)
    If you have chosen to pay by Check or Bank Transfer at step 5.2, you will get an online Electronic Invoice via email,
  • or (7.2)
    If you have chosen to pay by Credit Cards at step 5.2, you will be re-directed to our bank's Secure Payment Site and required to enter your credit card details. After the process of the card payment, you will come to a page and need to click on the "Get Invoice" button. By then you order has been successfully processed and an Electronic Invoice will be sent to you via email.

OBS:
1) Please be advised that Wellkang neither keep nor handle the details of your credit card. All payments made by credit cards need to be processed at the Secure Website of our online payment partner- WorldPay. Therefore, Wellkang does not accept card payment by phone and/or fax.

2) You have always the alternative choice to pay by Check or Bank Transfer in case you fail to pay by cards at step 7.2.

Our sales representatives will deliver the order via email within normally 24 hours after receiving the payment. All the documents are made available electronically and in .pdf format.
